PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that Richard and Barbara Weddington (collectively, the "Applicant") have filed an application for development with the Borough of Bellmawr Joint Land Use Board ("Board") regarding real property located at 145 Patterson Avenue, and designated as Block 74, Lot 5.01 on the municipal tax map. The Applicant purchased the home in 2021, at which time the property was improved with an existing split-level home, configured and utilized as a three-unit residence. The property is located in the Residence A zoning district, where the existing multi-family dwelling use is not permitted. The Applicants therefore seek use variance approval for the existing use of the property as a three-unit dwelling. The Applicants also seek a waiver of site plan review, since no changes to the property are proposed in connection with this application.
The Applicant does not require any known bulk variances in connection with this application.
The Applicant requests any variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board on November 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in-person in the Borough of Bellmawr Municipal Building, 21 E. Browning Road, Bellmawr, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's offices located at 21 E. Browning Road, Bellmawr, New Jersey and is available for public inspection during regular business days and hours. The application may be adjourned to another date without further notice to you and you are advised to contact the Board office in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
