Existing dwelling will be removed after construction. Along with any other variances, waivers or approvals deemed necessary by the Zoning Board. On property located at: 478 W. Forest Grove Rd. Vineland NJ 08360 and more specifically known as Block 703 Lot 27 A Public Hearing will be held on November 19th 2025, at 7:00 PM at the council chambers of city hall (second floor), 640 E. Wood St., Vineland NJ 08360 at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present objections you may have to this application.
