NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant on November 13, 2025 at 7:00pm at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY., upon the appeal and application of Jaclyn Tyler (applicant) for Thomas Meyer (owner) of premises located at 22 PINE RD, Valhalla, NY, which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 89/112.20-3-30.
The application is for a proposed two-story addition with a new front porch, and the legalization of an existing shed in the rear yard on a legal substandard parcel (16,900.50 SF.) in the R-20 Zone. The following variance(s) are requested:
