PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Housing Authority of the City of Passaic (hereafter called the Authority) requests that qualified individuals/agents/firms submit sealed proposals for the following: "Professional Risk Management Services" Proposals are due on or before 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Interested firms should visit the HACP website at www.passaichousing.org drop down "About Us," select "Employment & Procurement," select "Procurement" left hand side. The RFP specifies the scope of the services and the requirements for submitting proposals. Proposals are due in one (1) original and one (1) copy addressed to the Passaic Housing Authority, 52 Aspen Place, Passaic, New Jersey 07055, in a properly sealed envelope marked with the words: "RFP – Risk Management Services" Attention: Ron Van Rensalier on or before 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2025. NO LATE PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All proposals must be enclosed. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received for these services and to waive any informality. It also reserves the right to terminate the contract, for convenience, at any time during the term of the contract. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days without written consent of the Authority. This solicitation is being made in accordance with the New Jersey Local Unit Pay to Play law (NJSA 19:44A 20.4 et seq.) as a "fair and open" process.
