PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PROPOSED ADOPTION OF ORDINACE NO. 25-3. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Price Township, Monroe County, Pennnsylvania will consider for adoption Ordinance No. 25-3 at the regular scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on November 20, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. at the Price Township Municipal Building, 10 Barren Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302. The purpose of the hearing is to consider and receive public comment on a proposed ordinance 25-3 amending Ordinance No. 3-99 regulating fires and outdoor burning within Price Township. The amendment updates provisions relating to outdoor burning, burn permits, prohibited materials, enforcement, and penalties. A full copy of the proposed ordinance amendment is available for public inspection at the Price Township Municipal Building during regular business hours. Copies may be obtained for a fee as permitted by township policy. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
