VS Engineering acting as agent for Forever Grace Church is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Forever Grace Church Building Expansion located on the west side of Jackson Highway approximately 450 feet south of the intersection with N 650 W on south side of Montmorenci, Indiana. Runoff from this project site will discharge to on-site stormwater detention basins and then to the Goose Creek.
