Public Notice In accordance with Chapter 1159 of the Zoning Code for the City of Lancaster, notice is hereby given on December 11, 2025 at 9:30 am, the Lancaster City Planning Commission will meet in the City Hall Second Floor Conference Room at 104 E. Main St., Lancaster, Ohio and conduct a public hearing to discuss and determine a proposed zoning change to .49 +/- acre vacant site along Main Street (Parcel 0535005900). The current zoning is Mobile Home Community(MHC) and the proposed change would be Commercial General (CG).
