Take notice that Francisco Sanchez Jr. has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of South Brunswick for approval of a bulk (C-1) variance to retain a previously installed 16'x24'x9' Gazebo 4.66' from the side yard property line, where 10' is required on a 21,726 sq.ft. lot in the R-3 zone on property shown as Block: 315, Lot: 43 on the South Brunswick Township current tax map duplicate. Said property is also commonly known as 2 Sturgis Road, Kendall Park, NJ 08824.
A hearing on said application will be held by the Zoning Board of Adjustment On December 4, 2025 at 7:30 PM in the Municipal Building, 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey 08852, at which time any interested person may be heard concerning said application.
A copy of maps and documents for which approval is sought is on file in the office of the above Board for public inspection during regular business hours (8:30 AM -4:30 PM) Monday through Friday, except holidays.
