The Greater Naples Fire Rescue District ("District") is requesting Bids from interested and qualified contractors to provide for the roof replacement and roof/strap retrofitting of Station 71 to mitigate impacts of hurricane winds (Invitation to Bid 25-204 – Grant Funded Roof Replacement) (the "Project").
An information packet containing details of the Project and the Invitation to Bid 25-204 – Grant Funded Roof Replacement ("ITB") submittal requirements may be obtained at no charge by visiting Demand Star through the link on the District's website (www.greaternaplesfire.org). Questions regarding this ITB must be directed by email to Procurement at GNFD_Procurement@gnfire.org no later than December 31, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. EST. All responses to questions and addenda, if applicable, will be posted on Demand Star through the link on the District's website.
Contractors desiring to provide these services to the District must submit bids via Demand Star in accordance with the requirements contained in the information packet no later than 2:00 p.m EST on January 5, 2026. The District will not accept any Bids later than the noted time and date. Bids must be submitted on the proper forms provided by the District.
There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on December 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. EST occurring at the District's Station 71, 100 13th Street SW, Naples, Florida 34117.
Any firm who is a recipient of District funds, or who proposes to perform any work or furnish any goods under this ITB shall not discriminate against any worker, employee or applicant or any member of the public based on age, race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability or marital status, nor otherwise commit an unfair employment practice.
