Public Notice BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE: PETITION OF ACE ENERGY, LLC FOR AUTHORITY TO CONVERT THE LEWIS A NO. 1 WELL INTO A SALTWATER DISPOSAL WELL IN THE THANKSGIVING FIELD, AMITE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI DOCKET NO. 482-2025-D PUBLIC NOTICE To all owners and persons interested in Section 17, Township 2 North, Range 2 East, Thanksgiving Field, Amite County, Mississippi, TAKE NOTICE that Ace Energy, LLC has filed an Emergency Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 482-2025-D requesting authority to convert the Lewis "A" No. 1 Well into a saltwater disposal well, redesignated as the Lewis "A" No. 1 SWD Well for produced fluids from the Thanksgiving Field, Amite County, Mississippi. The Emergency Petition was heard by the Board on the 19th day of November 2025 and duly granted subject to a hearing on the Final Order to be conducted at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 17th day of December 2025 at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, being seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
