Please take notice that the undersigned has applied to the Vineland Zoning Board of Adjustment for a variance to reduce the westerly sideyard from the required 20 feet to 19 feet on property located at 1010 E. Chestnut Ave, Vineland, NJ known as Block 4217 , lot 9.03.
A Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday Dec. 17, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, City Hall (2nd floor) , 640 E. Wod st. Vineland, NJ 08360, at which time you may appear in person or by an attorney to present objections you may have to this Application. All maps and documents related to this application are available for inspection on the 4th floor of City Hall between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday thru Friday ( Holidays excepted).
This Notice is given pursuant to the requirements of the Vineland City Ordinances and Municipal Land Use Law, NJSA 40:55D et seq. Take further notice that the Zoning Board in its discretion may adjourn, postpone or continue the hearing from time to time, and you are notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Zoning Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuances.
