("Petitioner") has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 for the M R Smith Etal #1, Smith 26-1-A Section 12, T9N, R1E, M R Smith Etal #2, M R Smith 2-A #1 Section 10, T9N, R1E, Fayette GU 4-2 #2, M R Smith #38 M R Smith 10-A #1, Section 26, T9N, R1E, Mary Lou Ferguson 1-25 Section 25, T9N, R1E A M Stewart #3 Section 27, T9N, R1E, M R Smith 1-11-A #2, Fayette GU 10 #1 Section 11, T9N, R1E Fayette GU unit 7 #1 Section 3, Stewart #1 Section 14, T9N, R1E all located in Jefferson County, Mississippi in the referenced field as identified on Exhibit "A" to the petition and for together relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined. The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 am. On the 17th day of December 2025 at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E., Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest, said matter. If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday December 9, 2025, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt an order concerning a Petition, which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
