Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that L Prospect Place, LLC proposes a development of Prospect Place, a 158.5 acre Residential Development, which includes the construction of 285 single family dwellings and establishes two estate lots for the existing dwellings. The Plan depicts the configuration of the building lots, as well as the public streets and stormwater facilities. The site is located at 70 Country By Way, East York, PA 17402. The Windsor Township public sewer is adjacent to the site and a collection system will be extended to serve the development. The sewage will ultimately be treated by the Springettsbury Waste Water Treatment Plant. Sanitary Sewer Flow is estimated at 350 gpd/EDU, resulting in 100,450 gpd for the entire project. A 30-day review and comment period is hereby provided from the date of this notification. This notification is required because the project will change the flow at an existing treatment plant by over 50,000 gallons per day. A copy of the development sketch plan and sewage module can be viewed by appointment at the Windsor Township building located at 1480 Windsor Road, Red Lion, PA 17356 during regular Township business hours.
