PUBLIC NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that Skyway Towers, LLC will conduct a visual impact assessment "balloon test" on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. In the event of poor visibility that requires the rescheduling of this test, the alternative test date will be Friday, January 9, 2026 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (or the first day following the alternative date that conditions allow for the completion of the test). In general terms, the balloon test will consist of flying one balloon having an approximate diameter of 6 feet to provide a visual of a proposed new communication tower with a height of 150 feet. A public hearing will be held at a future date, which will be publicly noticed, during which all interested parties may provide their comments relative to the proposed application.
