Manuel Hirshblond Meeting Room in the Township of Toms River Municipal Building at 33 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey, the Township of Toms River Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on the application of the undersigned, Kevin and Jennifer Kearns, at which time and place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Said meeting will take place at 6:30pm. The location of the premises in question is located in the R-90 Zone, Block 727, Lot 19 and is more commonly know as 1111 Ferderal Way. The applicant is seeking a bulk variance for the purpose construction of an in-ground pool minfront yard setback 40' required, 13.7' proposed, pool equipment, 40' required, 36.9' proposed Michigan Ave, Fence, 66% open required, less than 66% open proposed, 4' required front yard, 6" proposed front yard along with any and all other variances and/or design waivers which may be requested.
