PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on the 22ND day January of 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
a hearing will be held before the Voorhees Township Zoning Board in the Municipal Building, 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, New Jersey,
at which time you may appear in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any relevant testimony on Application Number #ZC2025-016 of the undersigned who has applied for:
Variance from § 150.12 (B)(1) to allow a shed in the rear yard to have a setback of 1.87' where 5' is required; to allow a concrete pad in the side yard to have a setback of 0' where 5' is required; and to allow a wood deck in the rear yard to have a setback of 1.38' where 5' is required.
Variance from § 150.13 (A)(7)(C) to allow a 10' x 11' shed up to 150SF in the rear yard to have a side setback of 1.87' and a rear set back of 6.5' where 10' is required and to allow a 10' x 14' shed up to 150 SF in the rear yard to have a side setback of 6.58' and a rear setback of 5.66' where 10' is required.
Variance from § 150.13(A)(7)(E) to allow a total floor area of 250 SF across 2 existing sheds (10' x 11' & 10' x 14') where a max of 200 SF is allowed
Variance from § 152.015(D)(3) to allow a 7' x 10' concreted pad in the side yard to have a setback of 0' where 15' is required, to allow a concrete block walkway in the side yard to have a setback of 7' where 15' is required, and to allow a 11' x 42' wood deck in the rear yard to have a side setback of 1.38 where 15' is required, and any other waivers or variances required to continue the use of the existing sheds, concrete pads, walkways and wood decks at the property on the premises located at 209 Burlington Avenue, Voorhees, NJ 08043 and desginated as Block 134, Lot 2 on the Voorhees Tax Map.
