LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Township of Morris Planning Board will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in person and viewable via Zoom in the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Morris Township, New Jersey at which meeting the application of Nielsen Ford of Morristown, Inc. for amended site plan approval seeking permission to: reconstruct pavement areas, pave gravel area, new line striping, improve drainage, add EV charging stations, ADA ramp and parking, update site lighting and install new curbs at the existing automobile dealership.
Said property is known as Block 10201, Lots 5, 9, 11 and 12 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Morris and is located at the following street address: 170 Ridgedale Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960.
The Applicant will seek the following approvals: Amended site plan approval for the existing automobile dealership. No variances are sought, but waivers from strict compliance with site plan design standards are requested, including new building layout / elevation plan (no new buildings proposed); sign location (no new signs proposed); steep slope analysis map (no change proposed); existing natural features (no change proposed); right of way profiles/cross-sections (no change proposed); traffic (no change proposed); employees (no change proposed); public improvements (no change proposed); planting plan (no change proposed); flood plain information (no change proposed), as well as any other associated variances, approvals, or waivers necessary for the approval of the application.
