PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 20th day of January, 2026 the Lakewood Township
Planning Board will hold a hearing on the application of Shual Halpern at which time and
place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. The applicant is
seeking approval for a Minor Subdivision to provide two (2) duplex structures on four (4)
zero lot line lots with variances.
The premises in question, Block 189.01, Lot 184, commonly known as 489 Manetta
Avenue is located in the R-10 Zoning District of Lakewood Township.
The applicant is seeking variance relief from the following zoning requirements:
Minimum combined lot width (75 ft. required, 63 ft. is proposed for Lots 184.01/184.02),
and 50.65 ft. is proposed for Lots 184.03 and 184.04). Minimum side yard setback of (10
ft. required, 5 ft. is proposed for Lots 184.01 through 184.04).
Said application shall also include a request for any and all other waivers that may be
required by submission and discussion of the plan.
The aforesaid application has been scheduled for a public hearing before the Lakewood
Township Planning Board on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at the Lakewood Township
Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey at 6:00 p.m.
A copy of said application and documents is on file with the secretary of the planning
board and may be inspected from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except
on the day of the hearing, said map maybe inspected from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 212
Fourth Street, Lakewood, New Jersey, by all interested parties prior to said meeting.
