Public notice PUBLIC NOTICE SEASIDE HEIGHTS BOROUGH PLANNING BOARD OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY Notice is hereby served upon you that on January 26,2026 at 6 pm a hearing will be held before the Borough of Seaside Heights Planning Board in the Borough of Seaside Heights Court Room above the Firehouse at 116 Sherman Avenue, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751 on the application of the undersigned at which time and place all interested parties will be given a opportunity to be heard. The applicant is applying for minor site plan approval to construct an east side deck and first floor addition to the rear/north side of the single story front/south dwelling this application has existing non-conformities to remain and requires variance and waiver relief. The property in question is in the Low-Density Residential (LDR) Zone and is designated as Block 52, Lot 21 shown on the official Tax Maps of the Borough of Seaside Heights and is more commonly known as 242 Sheridan Avenue. The applicant also seeks for the following: D5 variance for Lot area/density, D1 use variance 2 or more principal structures on a property, rear yard and side yard set backs, parking and any and all variance, relief or waivers to perfect existing non-conformities.
