Public Notice Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Permit Renewal TND987777695, TNHW-166 Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. 6617 Pleasant Ridge Road, Knoxville, TN 37921 Representatives from Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. (SK) will host a meeting to discuss plans to renew RCRA permit TNHW-166 with the state of Tennessee. This facility is seeking to renew the permit allowing the bulking and storage of spent petroleum naphtha parts washer solvent in a 20,000-gallon above-ground tank and the storage of spent solvents, paint waste and dry cleaning waste in containers. The meeting is to solicit input from the community and inform the community of proposed activities involved with renewing permit TNHW-166.
