PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE Chapter 71 of the Department of Environmental Protection Rules and Regulations requires that the sponsors of a proposed new land development project named Maple Spring Farms Partnership at Lot 3 Kilgore Rd., notify and allow the general public to comment on the project proposing a Small Flow Treatment Facility with discharge to Stream. Lower Chanceford Township Official Plan revision for sewage facilities, Lower Chanceford Township, 4120 Delta Rd., Airville, PA 17302. The plan calls for 1 EDU to be served by a Small Flow Treatment Facility. The development is located on 1.99 acres at Lot 3 Kilgore Rd. A 30-day comment period has been established to allow the general public to comment on the proposed revision. The general public may provide comments to the municipality and review the proposed revision at the above township address.
