PUBLIC NOTICE The Hopewell City Council will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in the Municipal Building, 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia 23860, for the purpose of receiving comments regarding the following request: 2025-1109: A conditional use permit request submitted by Ashley Turner to operate an auto repair business on Parcel #024-0335, also identified as 332B Maryland Ave., and zoned B-3 Highway Commercial District. Information regarding the above-referenced matter may be examined online at www.hopewellva.gov/cases or in person at the Department of Planning & Development, Municipal Building, 300 N.
