Public Notice BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE:PETITION OF P.R.P., INC. FOR AN EXTENSION OF INACTIVE WELL STATUS UNDER STATEWIDE RULE 28 FOR WELLS LOCATEDIN POOLCREEK FIELD, IN JONES COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI DOCKET NO. 081-2026-D PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that P.R.P., Inc.. ("Petitioner") has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under Statewide Rule 28 for the T.E Mercer No. 1, api. 2306700390 B.P. Williams No. 1, api.2306700392 and B.P. Williams No. 2, api. 2306700393 in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ Section 22 and the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ Section 23 T9N R10W, Jones County, Mississippi in the referenced field as identified on Exhibit "A" to the petition and for together relief as set forth in the Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined. The Petition will be heard by the Board at 09:00 am. On the 18th day of March 2026 at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E., Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest, said matter. If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday March 10, 2026, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request continuance. You are advised the Board may adopt an order concerning a Petition, which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
