NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant on March 12, 2026 at 7:00pm at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY., upon the appeal and application of Ana Fedigan (Applicant) for Ding & Dong Properties, LLC. (Owner) of premises located at 45 Columbia Avenue, Thornwood, NY, which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 106.18-2-9.
The application is for the proposed conversion of an existing two-story building with a basement into a four-unit residential development, with each unit designed as two-bedroom apartments, on a legal standard parcel (6,089 SF.) in the TH Zone. The following variance(s) are requested:
