In compliance with Article V, Section 35-7.4c of the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Berkeley, New Jersey, notice is hereby served upon you to the effect that on March 11, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. or as soon as the application may be heard, at the Berkeley Township Town Hall at 627 Pinewald Keswick Road, Bayville, New Jersey, the Berkeley Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on the application of the undersigned Applicant, seeking a statutory extension of time to perfect its approval which was previously adopted by resolution on March 26, 2025.
