Public Notice BEFORE THE STATE OIL AND GAS BOARD OF MISSISSIPPI RE: PETITION OF POMPANO RESOURCE OPERATOR, LLC FOR AN EXTENSION OF INACTIVE WELL STATUS UNDER STATEWIDE RULE 28 FOR THE DENKMANN 33-28H NO. 1 LOCATED IN AMITE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI DOCKET NO. 116-2026-D To all owners and persons interested in Amite County, Mississippi. TAKE NOTICE that Pompano Resource Operator, LLC has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under Docket No. 116-2026-D requesting that the Board grant an extension of the inactive well status under Rule 28 for the Denkmann 33-28H No. 1 Well having API No. 2300520751, which is a Wildcat Well in Amite County, Mississippi. The Petition will be heard by the Board at 9:00 o'clock on the 15th day of April 2026, at 500 Greymont Ave., Suite 3, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter. If you intend to contest the docket or request a continuance, you must notify the Board and Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify the Board and the Petitioner shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance. You are advised that the Board may adopt orders concerning a petition which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner, and the Board will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in accordance with the evidence presented.
