Public Notice Indiana University Health (950 N. Meridian St. Ste 400, Indianapolis, IN 46204) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Indiana University Health West Lafayette Hospital - Mass Grading project, located in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located southwest of the intersection of Yeager Road and W 500 N, in Tippecanoe County Indiana. Part of the Northeast and Northwest Quarters of Section 36, Township 24 North, Range 5 West. Cuppy Ditch will receive run-off from the project site.
