PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by
the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant on April 9, 2026 at
7:00pm at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY., upon the appeal and application of
John Santoro & Marni Mayer owner of premises located at 19 Pine Road, Valhalla, NY, which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 89/112.20-3-27. The application is for the proposed demolition of the existing single-family dwelling and the reconstruction of a new single-family dwelling, on a legal sub-standard parcel (13,799 SF.) in the R-20 Zone.
