Public Notice YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED as required by law and in compliance with Chapter 18-902-D of the Township of Lakewood Zoning Ordinance that the Zoning Board of the Township of Lakewood, Ocean County, New Jersey, will hold a public hearing on April 13, 2026 at 7:00PM in the Lakewood Township Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey to consider the application of Mordechai Gobioff for the following approvals: The subject property is located in Block 138.01, Lot 7; in the Township of Lakewood in the R-10 Zones. Applicant is seeking a Site Plan Approval to construct of a single-story addition to the existing residence. Applicant seeks the following:In the R-10 Zone, the maximum lot coverage permitted is 30%. Applicant proposes 36% and therefore seeks a variance for same.In the R-10 Zone, the required front yard setback is 25 feet. Applicant proposes 15.16 feet and therefore seeks a variance for same.In the R-10 Zone, the required rear yard setback is 20 feet. Applicant proposes 8 feet and therefore seeks a variance for same. Applicant further seeks other such variances and/or design waivers that the Board may require.
