Please take notice that on the 14th day of May, 2026, in the L. Manuel Hirshblond Meeting Room in the Township of Toms River Municipal Building at 33 Washington St, Toms River, NJ, the Township of Toms River Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on the application of the undersigned, at which time and place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Said meeting will take place at 6:30pm. The location of the premises in question is located in the R50 zone, Block 706.01, Lot 71 and is commonly known as 75 Gladney Ave. The applicant is seeking a bulk variance for the purpose of seeking approvals to legitimize a front deck and accessory buildings; Minimum Front Yard Setback (Deck) - Required 25', Proposed 12'. Minimum Accessory Building Setback to Structure (Shed 1, Shed 2 & Carport); Shed 1 - Required 1', Proposed 0; Shed 2 - Required 5', Proposed 0; Carport - Required 5', Proposed 0. along with any and all other variances and/or design waivers which may be requested. A copy of send application and documents is on file with the Township of Toms River Board of Adjustment, 33 Washington St, Toms River, NJ, and may be inspected during business hours in the office of the Board of Adjustment by all interested parties prior to said meeting.
