PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET MARLBORO TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD Please take notice that on May 26, 2026 at 7:30 PM the Marlboro Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing for a Bulk Variance relief to be granted under the Town Code 220-34D to remove an existing deck and construct a 1,322 square foot addition to the existing structure. The property is located within the C-3 Community Commercial District. Relief requested is 5.66 feet of front yard setback variance and 28.31 feet of side yard setback variance. The premises which are the subject of the application are located at 3 Pin Oak Road, said premises are known as Block 269, Lot 18. The requested variances satisfy NJSA 40:55D-70 (c) (2). The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM at Marlboro Township 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746. Note that comments during a Public Hearing are restricted to the specific subject matter for which the Public Hearing is being held. If you wish to speak at the hearing, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the meeting to register. Copies of applications to be heard will be available on the Marlboro Township's web site approximately 10 days before the hearing.
