Public Notice Frooz Vision, LLC (3985 W 10th Street, Suite 120, Carmel, IN 46032) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction related activities associated with the Center for Sight project located in Boone County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located at 10859 Creek Way, Zionsville, IN 46077, part of the NE quarter of Section 01, Township 17N, Range 2 E. The receiving water of the project is Eagle Creek.
