PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Camden, NJ Zoning Board of Adjustment for relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-68 regarding a pre-existing non-conforming use for property located at 425 Atlantic Ave, also known as Block 341 , Lot 90 on the official tax map of the Camden, NJ of Camden City, County of Camden, State of New Jersey.
The applicant seeks approval to continue and/or recognize the existing non-conforming use of the property described as Residential property.
A public hearing on this application has been scheduled for June 1, 2026 at 5:30pm before the City Council Chambers at Second Floor, City Hall, Sixth and Market Street, Camden, New Jersey.
Any interested party may appear at the hearing either in person or by attorney and present any comments regarding the application. The application and supporting documents are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City of Camden New Jersey Clerk/Planning and Zoning Office, located at 6th and Market Street, Camden, NJ during normal business hours.
