TO ALL OWNERS AND PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE N14 of the NW ¼ of Section 23 T9N, R10W 2nd JUDICIAL DISTRICT JONES COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
Take notice, THAT P.R.P. INC. Petitioner has filed a Petition with the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi under the above Docket number, requesting an exception to Rule 7 of the statewide Rules and Regulations to allow for increased density spacing and production with respect to the 8800 Washita-Fredericksburg oil pool on the exceptional sixty (60) acre Thomas 23-4 No. 1 Well API No. 23-047-20734 and Keystone Energy-McGill No. 1 Well API No. 23-067-20717 producing unit in the Pool Creek Field, described as being the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ and a part of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 23, T 9 N, R 10W of the second Judicial District of Jones County, Mississippi a plat thereof is attached as Exhibit "A" to the Petition and for together with relief set forth in said Petition. The Petition in this matter is on file in the records of the offices of the State Oil and Gas Board of Mississippi and may be there examined.
The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 17th day of June 2026 at 500 Greymont Avenue Suite E. Jackson, Mississippi, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request continuance you must notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention in writing not later than 5:00 o'clock P.M. Tuesday June 9, 2026, which is seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to notify the Board and the Petitioners representative shall be a waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.
You are advised that the Board may adopt an Order concerning the Petition which may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board will enter such order or orders as Judgment may be appropriate and in accordance with the evidence presented.
