NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE AKRON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD ON MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2026, AT 9:00 A.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, THIRD FLOOR, MUNICIPAL BUILDING, 166 SOUTH HIGH STREET, ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
(1) Approval of Sales of Property and/or development plans in Urban Renewal and Community Development projects and assorted matters necessary to promote the Urban Renewal and Community Development plans
(1A) Amendment to the Amended Ascot Redevelopment Plan and text change to amend the development conditions of UPD-33
(1B) 2026 Consolidated Plan Annual Action Plan for the City's Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnership and Emergency Solutions Grant Programs
(2) Petition of R2M Auto Sales & Services for a Conditional Use to construct a locksmith office and used car dealership at the southwest corner of E. Tallmadge Avenue and Redstone Avenue
(3) Petition of 1960 West Market, LLC, for a Conditional Use to install additional signage at 1960 W Market Street
(4) Text change to amend the Zoning Code regarding minimum lot sizes
