PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with the Construction Stormwater General Permit from the NPDES General Permit Program, this is to notify the public that CrossRoad Engineers, PC (115 N. 17th Avenue, Beech Grove, IN 46107) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the following: The project site, to be known as Emerson and Churchman Intersection Reconstruction, located in Sections 27 & 28, Township 15-N, Range 4-E, Perry & Franklin Townships, Marion County, Indiana at the intersection of Emerson Ave and Churchman Ave in Beech Grove, IN. The project involves the intersection reconstruction of Emerson Ave and Churchman Ave with a roundabout. Receiving water for the project is Beech Creek. Construction is anticipated to begin the Summer of 2027.
