Public Notice AMENDMENT TO 2019 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN REGARDING THE PENSACOLA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM The City of Pensacola is proposing amending the 2019 Pensacola Annual Action Plan within the CDBG Program including Grant # B-19-MC-12-0016 in order to reallocate funds between project activities as follows: FROM: Housing Rehabilitation (Owner Occupied) Grant Year: 2019 Grant# B-19-MC-12-0016 Amount: $52,000 Housing Rehabilitation Rental Grant Year 2019 Grant# B-19-MC-12-0016 Amount: $40,000 TO: Neighborhood/Facility Improvement Projects Grant Year: 2019 Grant# B-19-MC-12-0016 Amount: $92,000 ACTIVITY INFORMATION: Neighborhood/Facility Improvement Projects:Funds to support accessibility planning, design, and improvements to City owned public buildings and facilities to remove architectural barriers. Funds may be expended on neighborhood improvement projects to provide new or updated public facilities or infrastructure improvements within CDBG eligible target areas including planning and design support or in direct support of affordable housing development, to include demolition of blighted structures.
