PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that A Farm, owned by Adnan Khalid, located at 2128 Route 57, Block 18, Lots 1.03 & 1.04 in Franklin Township, Warren County, New Jersey, is seeking a Site-Specific Agricultural Management Practice (SSAMP) Determination from the Warren County Agriculture Development Board. The applicant is seeking relief from the C-1 Village Commercial Municipal Zoning Ordinance to establish and operate an on-farm retail marketplace. The proposed marketplace will utilize a temporary, wagon-style farm stand and a mobile food truck ("Route 57 Grill") to market, sell, and distribute agricultural and horticultural products—including vegetables, fruit, eggs, and meat—produced on the property. Operations will be supported by a designated gravel parking area capable of accommodating approximately 20 vehicles, temporary pop-up tents, and a portable restroom unit to ensure safe public access. All proposed marketplace components are temporary or mobile in nature, with no permanent structures being erected on the property. A public hearing on this matter is scheduled for the monthly meeting of the Warren County Agriculture Development Board on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 7:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the lower level of the PCFA Building, 500 Mt. Pisgah Ave., Oxford, NJ. The documents in support of the commercial farm's request are available for public inspection at the Board's office between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
