Public Notice BOROUGH OF EATONTOWN PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF APPROVAL TAKE NOTICE that on June 22, 2026, the Planning Board of the Borough of Eatontown adopted a Resolution granting IAAT Services, LLC, the applicant, minor site plan approval to install a new two-sided, ground-mounted, multi-message electronic billboard on premises located at 90, 92 and 96 NJ State Highway 35, designated as Lot 3, Block 2902 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Eatontown, New Jersey. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the memorializing Resolution granting minor site plan approval is available for inspection at the office of the Clerk located in the Municipal Building, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, New Jersey.
