Public Notice The Towers, LLC proposes to construct a 285' self-support tower (295' overall) at 2149 US Highway 150 N in Wataga, Knox County, Illinois (Job #64098). In accordance with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and the 2005 Nationwide Programmatic Agreement, The Towers, LLC is hereby notifying the public of the proposed undertaking and soliciting comments on Historic Properties which may be affected by the proposed undertaking. If you would like to provide specific information regarding potential effects that the proposed undertaking might have to properties that are listed on or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places and located within ¾ mile of the site, please submit the comments (with Job #64098) to: Ramaker, Contractor for The Towers, LLC, 1955 Atwood Avenue, Suite 202, Madison, WI 53704 or via e-mail to history@ramaker.com within 30 days of this notice. The Towers, LLC is filing an FCC ASR Form 854 for a new lattice tower located at 2149 US Highway 150 N in Wataga, Knox County, Illinois and 41° 01' 27.5" North and 90° 22' 53.3" West. The height of the tower is 89.9 meters above ground level and 326.1 meters above mean sea level. The tower will include MDUAL lighting. Interested persons may review the application for this project at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering Antenna Structure Registration (Form 854) file number A1387942 and may raise environmental concerns about the project by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission. Requests for Environmental Review must be filed within 30 days of the date that notice of the project is published on the FCC's website. The FCC strongly encourages interested parties to file Requests for Environmental Review online at www.fcc.gov/asr/environmentalrequest.
