PUBLIC NOTICE Take notice that an application for a Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA) individual permit has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection for the development described below: APPLICANT: Borough of Sea Bright c/o Rachel Giolitto PROJECT NAME: Sea Bright Pump Station PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed project includes the construction of a pump station in the River Street right-of-way and an outfall discharging into the Shrewsbury River to manage stormwater. Either a 30-day public comment period or public hearing will be held on the application in the future. Individuals may request a public hearing on the application within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice.
