PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Zoning Hearing Board of Coolbaugh Township will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal building located at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township, Pennsylvania, 18466. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a variance from the dimensional standards of the Coolbaugh Township Zoning Code, Chapter 400.14(C), Attachment 2, filed by Kim Moore, an owner of the subject property. The applicant is seeking a variance from the yard setback standards for a proposed single family residence. The address of the property is 7693 Lake Shore Drive, Arrowhead Lake, Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, Tax Map ID No. 03.20A.1.59. The property is located in the R-3 Zoning District.
