The property which is the subject of the application is located 33 Randolph St lot 19 and 18 Block 5701 in Redevelopment Area known as 33-37 Randolph St. Applicants are seeking major subdivision approval (preliminary and final) to create eight lots to construct a single-family home on each of the proposed eight lots. The existing Warehouse Building and improvements will be demolished in its entirety.
This also requires the relief for the following deviation from the 33-37 Randolph St Redevelopment plan. Lot 18.04. Section 3.5 combined SIDE Yard Required 4 feet Proposed 2.86 feet. The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such other bulk variances/deviations and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the property in the manner indicated in the application materials.
The application for development and all supporting maps including subdivision maps, site plans and documents is on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid virtual hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
