PUBLIC NOTICE The Board of Trustees of the Ramapo Catskill Library System (RCLS) will hold Regular Business meetings for 2026 at 6:30 pm at 619 Route 17M, Middletown, NY 10940 on the following dates: August 18; October 20; November 17; December 15. The public is invited to attend the meetings in person [Videoconferencing will be in use]. Meetings of the RCLS Board of Trustees are conducted per NYS Open Meetings Law: §103. Public comments may be offered during time identified for that purpose on the Agenda as governed by the RCLS Public Comment Policy.
