PUBLIC NOTICE 2026:33 – RESOLUTION OF ZONING BOARD, TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON, COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER, STATE OF NEW JERSEY WHEREAS, Keith Ludwig did file an application for bulk variance for premises known and designated as 23 Auriga Lane, New Jersey, being designated as Block 82.21, Lot 13 on the tax map of Washington Twp, and WHEREAS, the appropriate notice was tendered to the public and applications were properly filed, and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held for the above application on June 8, 2026, and WHEREAS, the presentation was made and consideration was made of the engineer's report, and WHEREAS, the public had an opportunity to be heard by the Board, and WHEREAS, the Board feels that it is in the best interest of the Twp of Washington to grant the bulk variance. WHEREAS, the Board Engineer has determined that no substantial impact will be made upon the Twp of Washington, and WHEREAS, the applicant has agreed to comply with all requirements of the Board Engineer WHEREAS, the Board has considered the concerns of the citizenry as well as the application herein, now THEREFORE, be it resolved that the bulk variance be and the same is herein approved and a record of same shall be transmitted to all appropriate agencies and the applicant herein.
