Official notice is hereby given that sealed Confidential Bid Proposals (RFP) will be received by the City Director of Public Works, Bob Manns, until 10:00 a.m. central standard time on March 12, 2026. The request for Confidential Bid Proposal submission instructions and bid information may be obtained by emailing Cyndee Tucker at ctucker@jerseyville-il.us or calling 618-498-3312. Potential bidders will be mailed or emailed this information. Sealed submittals shall be addressed and mailed, delivered, or emailed to:

The City reserves the right to reject any and all Confidential Bid Proposals or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the submittal or review procedures, and to proceed with or discontinue the process to provide trash and recycling dumpster/barrel hauling services in the City in a manner best serving the interests of the City.
