PUBLIC NOTICE: Small Works Roster

PUBLIC NOTICE: Small Works Roster In compliance with RCW 28A.335.190 and RCW 39.04, Bainbridge Island School District No. 303 (BISD) is accepting applications from qualified individuals and firms wishing to be included on its Small Works Roster. This roster will be utilized for upcoming construction, alteration, repair, and improvement projects with an estimated cost of less than $350,000. To qualify, applicants must be registered contractors in the State of Washington, possess the ability to provide performance and payment bonds, pay prevailing wage rates, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination and affirmative action. Interested contractors may obtain a blank application form online by visiting the district website at https://www.bisd303.org/11557_4 and clicking the "BISD Small Works Roster Application Form" link.
