Public Notice to Bidders Westerville City Schools FY26 HVAC Projects (RC 3313.46) The Westerville City School District Board of Education is accepting sealed bids as provided in this notice for construction work for FY26 HVAC Projects at the following locations: Emerson ES, Central HS, North HS, Mark Twain ES, Pointview ES, Hawthorne ES, Whittier ES, Heritage MS, and the Early Learning Center. The combined total advertised construction cost for the projects is $3,607,800.00. Pre-bid questions may be directed to and digital documents may be obtained from: Osborn Engineering, Attn: Mark Miller; Email: mmiller@osborn-eng.com; Phone: 614-643-9125. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:30 PM on January 27, 2026 at Westerville North High School, 950 County Line Rd, Westerville, OH 43081. Tours of all project site schools will follow at end of pre-bid meeting. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Westerville City School District Board of Education, ATTN Nicole Marshall, Treasurer, 936 Eastwind Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43081, and plainly marked on the outside "WCS – FY26 HVAC Capital Improvements Projects."
