Public Notice Township of Bordentown NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Township Committee of the Township of Bordentown that the following is a list of meetings of the Township Committee to be held in 2026: Saturday, January 3, 2026 (Reorganization) Tuesday, January 20, 2026 Monday, February 9, 2026 Monday, February 23, 2026 Monday, March 9, 2026 Monday, March 23, 2026 Monday, April 13, 2026 Monday, April 27, 2026 Monday, May 11, 2026 Tuesday, May 26, 2026 Monday, June 8, 2026 Monday, June 22, 2026 Monday, July 20, 2026 Monday, August 17, 2026 Monday, September 14, 2026 Monday, September 28, 2026 Tuesday, October 13, 2026 Monday, October 26, 2026 Monday, November 16, 2026 Monday, December 14, 2026 Monday, December 28, 2026 Saturday, January 2, 2027 (Reorganization meeting 2027) All Committee meetings are to begin at 6:30 PM unless 48-hour notice is provided. After opening the meeting, the Committee will convene in executive session closed to the public. Meetings will reopen to the public at 7:30 PM. Meetings are to be held in the Municipal Courtroom located at 1 Municipal Drive; however, meetings may be held remotely using the Zoom platform if necessary. If a meeting is held remotely, members of the public will be able to participate in the meeting by audio and/or video or through the Zoom chat feature. Public comments may also be submitted via electronic mail or in written letter form. All written comments must be received no later than 2 ½ hours prior to the start of the meeting. Electronic Mail should be sent to PublicComment@bordentowntwp.org with "Township Committee Meeting Comment" and the date of the meeting in the subject line. Written letters should state that the letter is being submitted as a Township Committee Meeting comment and the date of meeting for which the comment is submitted. Further information about public commenting may be found on the Township website. The meeting location or remote access information to the meeting will be posted on the top of each meeting's agenda which shall be posted on the Township website at: https://www.bordentowntownship.com/documents/government/township-committee/2026-agendas-and-minutes/23638831 no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting. This listing of all meeting dates is posted on the Township website and on the bulletin boards in the Municipal Building.
