PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF MANTUA PLANNING & ZONING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PRELIMINARY AND FINAL SITE PLAN & BULK VARIANCES PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: A public hearing will be held by the Planning & Zoning Board of Mantua Township on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mantua Township Municipal Building, located at 401 Main Street, Mantua, NJ 08051. The subject of this hearing will be to consider the application of the Applicant, Genoese Properties, LLC, for Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval and associated Bulk Variances so as to permit the Applicant to develop portion(s) of the subject property and utilize the subject property in a new layout. The subject property of this Application is known as 347 Woodbury Glassboro Road, Mantua, New Jersey 08051, further identified as Block 244, Lot 4 on the Township of Mantua Tax Map. The Applicant may also seek any and all other variances, waivers, and relief as may be required and/or deemed appropriate. The application and attachments are on file with the Board Secretary ten (10) days prior to the hearing. All documents may be reviewed at the Mantua Township Land Use Office, located at 401 Main Street, Mantua, New Jersey 08051 on Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and on the Mantua Township website www.mantuatownship.com under the Land Use tab. When the matter is called, you may appear either in person or by agent or attorney, and present any objections, consent or comments, which you may have pertaining to the relief sought by the Applicant. Any written objections or comments must be sent to the Planning/Zoning Board at the Municipality's aforementioned address before the hearing date. You are not required to appear at the hearing unless you wish to object to the action desired by the applicant. Further take notice that said Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Board Business Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
